MCRA Tower Party? Well.... George had the most fun of all, getting to down a nice 40' tower. Special Thanks to Bonnie Franks for donating the tower to the club.

Went to change out my HTX-202 to a Kenwood TR-2400 HT on my PacketBBS and found out that this model is quite different on the connection needed from the TNC to the radio. The link below shows the proper connection needed for this radio, found it thanks to some help from W1CRO.

Members of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) class practice using a fire extinguisher. Morgan County residents who completed the recent class include James Gutierrez, David Cawley, Rachel Gunn, George Stafford, Kim Koehler and John Whittum. The 20-hour class sponsored by the Morgan County Office of Emergency Management is offered at no charge to residents who volunteer to be available in the event of a widespread disaster.
